Local tax 1,45 Cent per person and day (aged 14 years and over) payable on departure.

The price includes bed sheets and towels, final cleaning and parking.
Only at a staying of 3 nights or less we calculate an extra cost of 60 Euro for the final cleaning.
On the day of arrival you can check in at 1 p.m. We ask you to check out at 9.30 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house.
Out of consideration for other guests, we do not accept animals.
Please note that we do not accept credit cards.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
the deposit is kept back or turned in a credit voucher in case of "no-shows".
